Bedding includes a Queen in the master suite upstairs, Queen in the 2nd bedroom downstairs, and 2 Bunk Beds in the 3rd bedroom.
The master suite upstairs features a large bedroom, and a master bath. In addition to the master suite, the upstairs level offers an open and inviting living room with gas fireplace, TV/DVD, dining area, and nicely updated kitchen.
This home has an attached 2 car garage, WiFi internet access, Gas BBQ on the back deck (Summer Only), and is about 2 miles to the downhill ski area.
Tahoe Donner is a wonderful, mountainous resort community with its own small downhill ski area, a fantastic cross country ski center, a sledding hill, small market/deli, and Recreation Center. The Rec Center offers hot tubs, heated pool, fitness center, saunas, health spa, tennis courts, downhill and cross country ski resorts, equestrian center, Golf Club with 18-hole course and driving range, a public restaurant (The Lodge at Tahoe Donner), and a private beach on Donner Lake.
Tahoe Donner is conveniently situated at the upper west end of Truckee. It is 5 minutes to downtown shopping and restaurants, and 10-30 minutes to ski area resorts including Tahoe Donner, Northstar at Tahoe, Squaw, Alpine Meadows, Sugarbowl, Soda Spring, Donner Ski Ranch, and Royal Gorge Cross Country Center.
This rental includes access cards for the Tahoe Donner Recreation Center resident amenities. A nominal charge applies for some activities.
