Very Dog Friendly

The home itself was great. The fenced yard was great for our 2 dogs and kept them safe from the sometimes busy road out front (down the street from a high school, so the traffic was only when school started and ended). The X-C trails a few blocks from the home (directions are in the folder provided by the owner) are great dog-walking trails. My only complaint is that the kitchen wasn't stocked with basics, such as olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. I purchased salt & pepper and left it there for the next guests. Otherwise, the kitchen and the entire home are very well appointed. I also left laundry detergent and dryer sheets for the next guests as there were no laundry products left in the laundry room. The big trees on the property really add to the "Sierra" experience.

Great Tahoe City Cabin

Everything worked out great and the cabin is beautiful. We felt comfortbale for the few days we stayed in Tahoe. There were only a few things we wish we could have changed: (1) The towels were like drying off with sand paper. (2) The heater system was always changing. It was either really cold or extremely hot, especially the master bedroom. and Finally(3) The kitchen was not stocked very well. The pots and pans were so old and didn't have lids. It was so unorganized and hard to cook. The team at Pullen were amazing. They were so accommodating and extremely nice. I would definitely rent through them again! Thank you!

Our group stay at this cabin was WONDERFUL! The welcome basket was just the cherry on top but all the amenities and expectations for the cabin were all beyond what we could fathom and the only complaint i would have is the outdated tv :p otherwise, from the ideal location to the conveniently located hot tub and grill and the benefits of having most of the bedrooms away from the kitchen and living room- we would DEFINITELY stay here again. in addition, Pullen's customer service was excellent!

This is a great house, period! The great room is fantastic. Lots of room for everyone. The welcome from Jen was excellent, the gift basket was not expected, and it was really nice. One negative comment, the hot tub was cloudy and someone was supposed to come and fix it, but I don't think anyone every did. Overall, this place is great. Bottom line, would I rent this again, absolutely.

This property was excellent and the price was reasonable, making it a great value. We loved the home and it had a great location between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Overall the house was comfortable and homey, but there was a bit of clutter from the owners personal effects, as well as several locked closets. The televisions could be updated, the bunk bed mattresses were hard, and the wireless internet did not work. But the rental manager, David Kauffmann, went above and beyond our expectations for customer service. He made a house call after ATT told him they couldn't get the wireless up until after we left, and showed us how to get wireless from the surrounding neighbors networks on our laptops. He also reprogrammed the TV remote, which had stopped working. We were very impressed with Dave, he was personable and articulate, more salesman than a handyman.

Has all the luxury amenities you could hope to find in a Tahoe home. I highly recommend this as an option. The added benefit is that the house is very dog friendly.

House was beautiful, location was great, the back yard was great - covered in snow and securely fenced so the kids could go out and play unsupervised. The only problem we experienced was with 10 people, we ran out of hot water iduring morning showers.

We loved this Tahoe City Retreat! Two families spent 4 fabulous days in this house and there was more than enough room for all of us. The house was very convenient to both Northstar and to Tahoe City. I love the open floorplan of the upstairs yet it still felt very cozy and the layout of the house was ideal. We felt immediately at home and could have stayed for 2 weeks! We'll be back this winter and I can't wait. :)

We spent the week at this great house. Great views of the lake, and close enough to town to get what you needed, but far enough away from the crowds. The house was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was great. We loved the hot tub as well. The house was very clean, and has a very spacious garage. Can't wait to go back next summer.

We stayed in Winter Heaven for my brother's wedding. We had 4 couples and an additional 2 adults. There was plenty of space although the 2 single adults had to stay in the bunk room. The house was large enough and very comfortable. The only complaint we had was that the downstairs room directly under the kitchen was quite noisy. Other than that, the location was great and we had everything we needed!

Great House for Family Retreat

The house was wonderful, with a fantastic open floor plan with views. It was ideal for getting a couple of families together for a ski vacation. I had a couple of issues with house keeping and appliances, but they were fixed at my request. Also Booter, the Alaskan Malamute around the block, feels somewhat territorial and bit my dog in our backyard. I caution renters to make sure all the gates on all sides of the fence are locked.
