Perfect for our reunion

We rented 3 condos there to accomodate our reunion. It was great. I would suggest more towels,etc. and bar soap.

This turned out to be a great location to get some R&R; with our 4 year old son. Kings Beach and the more rocky cove adjacent to the complex made for wonderful family adventures (though I encourage other parents to pack a raft for the kids as the water is cold). The complex grounds were beautiful, the house itself was very comfortable though showing a little age and wear in spots (a couple of holes in the dry wall, the light carpet was well worn in high traffic spots, the shower heads were a little low for the ~6ft adults) but certainly nothing that hindered our families enjoyment of the natural wonder that is Tahoe. The kitchen was very well equipped and we put the outdoor grill with built in gas line to good use. As for the Pullen Rental Group we found them to be extremely professional and thoughtful every step of the way, we were even greeted with a nice little welcome basket with a bunch of snacks that came in handy along the way. While this particular unit may not be luxury at it's finest, it made for a wonderful spacious home away from home in one of the most beautiful places in California and we would gladly return.

It seems as if everyone from the on site management to the realty management and the owners feel like one should put up with a dirty house with items missiing because the loction is so wonderful. Candy wrappers under the beds, soiled rugs, no screens, etc. I could go on but I think this is sufficient.

Thank you for your review. Upon your request for screens on the windows the owner has requested that the windows be measured for screens. The carpets can become soiled, naturally, and the carpets are cleaned after each season, or can be spot cleaned in between reservations. Sorry about the candy wrappers. I would consider Brockway Shores again but not this unit.

This little development is a jewel. We met a few owners staying there and everyone was so pleasant. The care takers have so much pride and work hard at keeping the place beautiful. The view is just amazing. What else could you want right...well...Pullen Group: Awesome,--easy, timely and professional. They allowed us an early check in--no problem. However, I did inquire ahead of time weather the unit had a DVD player or stereo and the concierge, Sasha couldn't answer my basic question?? Btw--there is one for each TV. However, No cable for Tv--13 stations! Beware! No internet access. Location: Beautiful grounds, Pier, lawn, decks and great parking. So close to town and public beach. However, no beach access, which wasn't clearly defined in the description.Inside unit: Run down. Carpet stained, bathrooms need to be re-done badly. No extra towels, very little extra bedding, no throw blankets and only 2 wash clothes for 3 bathrooms? Just not super comfortable. Outside deck furniture was plastic. Table and umbrella on deck need upgraded. Not even an end table in the bunk room? Overall, I would consider Brockway Shores again but not this unit.

We've been at Brockway Shores for three years now and this was our best condo yet. Clean and excellent for our family. Love this area!

Our 2 day stay was very comfortable. The condo was extremely clean and well equipped. The view on the lake was wonderful. The only downside I can think of is that it was further to get to than where we skied....but it was worth it!

I would stay at this unit again. great location and lake view. walk to many restaurants. unit was clean and rental paper work was easy.unit was clean and well equipped.
